I worked in a cabinet shop 30 years ago and the owner purchased one of these saws, it became one of the most used saws in the shop! This worked well enough for flush cutting. It took a little practice to get the angle right. But it seems like a good value and has a number of uses for making smaller cuts by hand.Great saw and great value, very sharp and cuts a nice straight line.Great saw that cuts flush and comes with a small transport pouch, the blade features teeth for hard wood and soft wood; and being able to remove the blade is a great feature.I used it to cut polyurethane resin and it worked like a charm. This seems to be a very good saw as many others have reviewed. However, the description of this item needs to be fixed. In the pictures shown of the product, it says the kerf of the blade is .023" but in the inclosed documentation it shows that the kerf is actually .0275" and .0315" at the teeth. This may not be a big deal to some, but I purchased this to hopefully cut fret slots on a guitar neck. This is a good saw overall, but the description is misleading and it is not useful for what I purchased it for. It’s a great product. It cuts beautifully on small, thick, wood. It’s a bit too large for cutting miniatures, though. Will use when the weather warms up.I put several of this type saw in my wishlist and fip flopped alot before settling on this one. I like this saw alot bearing in mind this is my first saw of this type, the case, the cleaning brushes, the blade covers, and the fact that the handle is full composite as opposed to the traditional wrapped style were added value for me and ultimately why I purchased this saw. The blade is super sharp, really thin, and replaceable. I am really enjoying learning different types of joinery using this saw.
